NINJA classes are led by veterans of the industry and discuss difficult concepts, like how to win at holding open houses, how to price homes using the absorption method, and how to provide measured timelines to your client. The biggest event of the year: ARC Con. This year, we had over 200 agents attend our one day conference featuring sessions for personal and professional growth led by some of the state’s best minds and we’re already planning for a bigger, better ARC CON 2021.

SALES MEETING
Twice a month we gather via Zoom where our President + CEO, Beau Bevis, walks us through the state of the company and the market. We discuss national and local trends, new company offerings, marketing tips, and anything relevant to your business.
ARC MASTERMINDS
Small group guided accountability groups that meet weekly for 10 weeks in the fall. This is a time to recalibrate, put your back into it, and build a marketing and business plan for the upcoming year.
